The Uvongo Cottage is a newly renovated accommodation located 600m from Uvongo Beach, overlooking the Uvongo River. It offers amazing views and a serene environment surrounded by birdlife, providing a private and peaceful getaway from everyday hustle and bustle. The property features a swimming pool and a deck equipped with a gas braai.

The cottage has one bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The lounge area includes a TV with OVHD, and guests can bring their own DSTV decoder and card if desired. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge that can accommodate two children under the age of 16. The fully equipped kitchen allows for self-catering.

The cottage is fitted with a private Jacuzzi on the deck. While the unit is supplied with enough electricity for daily use during the stay, the Jacuzzi's running costs are the guests' responsibility, and prepaid meter details will be provided prior to arrival. The accommodation is wheelchair-friendly.

Nearby attractions include St Michaels On Sea Beach, Stephward Estate Exotic Nursery, Uvongo Beach, and Uvongo Flea Market. A minimum stay of three nights is required. A holding deposit of R1000.00 per booking is necessary, refundable 72 hours after checkout if the cottage is in order. Additional fees include a non-refundable cleaning fee of R200.00, a gas braai cleaning charge of R150.00 if not cleaned by guests, and a non-refundable admin fee of R400.00.

Please note that while the local municipality states the water is drinkable, guests are kindly requested to refrain from drinking it. The cottage is located close to nature, so the presence of animals and insects in proximity is expected. No pets are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is limited to two adults and two children under the age of 16.
