Victorious On Whites Rd is an architectural masterpiece designed by Irma Moerdijk, located against the crags of Grants Hill in one of the oldest streets in Bloemfontein. The contemporary design juxtaposes modern materials with the ancient hill covered in savannah grasslands, shale, and dolerite. The establishment offers three inviting and distinct guest rooms, each with its own unique experience.

The Boat Room sits atop the structure, offering a view of Naval Hill from the bed's vantage point, with an en-suite bathroom and a serene ambiance provided by the nearby Acacia tree. The Wild Sex Room, located below the Boat Room, provides an impressive view of Naval Hill from a lower perspective, with an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchenette for longer stays. The Tortoise Room, situated on the western side of the house, overlooks Grants Hill and features a private gate leading to a tortoise sanctuary, where guests can enjoy picnics and sunsets. This room also has an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a separate entrance.

Breakfast is served either in the guest rooms or on the stone stoep below the overhang of the mini forest every morning, allowing guests to experience the clean, crisp air of Bloemfontein and enjoy hearty Free State hospitality.
