Villa De Leeu

Villa De Leeu is a private self-catering cottage located in Marloth Park. It is designed to accommodate two individuals, making it an ideal choice for couples or solo travelers seeking solitude and privacy. During a stay at this cottage, guests will not have to share the property with any other visitors, ensuring a peaceful and secluded experience surrounded by wildlife.

The cottage itself is modern and open-plan, featuring a large undercover verandah, a built-in braai (traditional South African barbecue), and a splash pool. Its location is convenient, situated in close proximity to the main gate of Marloth Park and just a short 10-minute drive from Crocodile Bridge, one of the entry points to the renowned Kruger National Park.

For those unfamiliar with Marloth Park, it is a unique destination located just across the Crocodile River, which forms the southern border of Kruger National Park. With the exception of the Big Five (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and buffalo), all other game roams freely within Marloth Park, as there are no fences separating it from the national park. Guests at Villa De Leeu may wake up to the sight of giraffes, kudus, zebras, or warthogs in their front garden, providing an authentic and immersive safari experience.

The cottage itself is air-conditioned and features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-plate stove and oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
