Villa Favour

Villa Favour is a luxurious holiday accommodation that offers a beautiful, spacious, modern house with outstanding views. It is situated against the mountain slopes and overlooks the harbour Yacht club and Bikini Beach, providing spectacular vistas over False Bay and Table Mountain across the bay. The Villa overlooks the commencement of the wonderful Whale Coast of South Africa.

Villa Favour features three double bedrooms, including one en-suite, a fully fitted kitchen, home office space, dining area, lounge with gallery, and an additional sitting area overlooking the pool and bay. There are two patio areas, landscaped gardens well-planted with indigenous plants, an additional outside shower, and a barbecue area. The main balcony features a sparkling pool where guests can relax and take in the breathtaking scenery, equipped with tables, chairs, and loungers for enjoying the views.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, patio doors, and a panoramic window onto a balcony with magnificent views over the ocean, as well as an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two overlooks the pool and is a cool bedroom with a double bed and patio doors onto the lower balcony and pool area. The third bedroom has twin beds and also offers panoramic views over the ocean.

The main entrance leads into a hall, fully equipped lounge with gallery, dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen with a separate laundry room. The living areas are extremely well-equipped to provide a very comfortable stay, a home away from home. Indoor entertainment includes a TV, DVD, and CD player. This level also houses the master bedroom. A staircase from the dining area leads into the lower level with an additional sitting area and the main balcony with the pool, and the family bathroom is also on this level.

On the gallery overlooking the living room, there is an office area with a desk and relaxing chairs for reading, as well as an additional single bed. The open plan kitchen is fully tiled with a built-in dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, and hob. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes and utensils for most requirements.

The Villa has two exclusive patio areas to the front, which tastefully extend the living areas and allow for the enjoyment of the outdoors. The main balcony enjoys a sparkling Rim Flow swimming pool in which to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery over the bay, and is equipped with tables, chairs, and loungers for making the most of the views.

Gordon's Bay is a very secure area, and Villa Favour has excellent security and safe parking. The property offers views from all windows in rooms of the sea, looking out at False Bay, with Becinin Beach and Gordons Bay harbour, as well as the beach to the right, and open sea to the left.
