Villa Felicita is a contemporary, three-bedroom self-catering house located on a 100-hectare property in the Overberg region of South Africa. The property features untouched fynbos, wildlife, and seclusion from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The name "Felicita" is an Italian word meaning happiness, satisfaction, and bliss, reflecting the serene and tranquil nature of the villa.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, making it perfect for families, friends, or a romantic getaway for two. It features a spacious living area with subtle decor and an ambient fireplace, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen instills a sense of homeliness and provides all the necessities for preparing meals.

The villa's rooms are designed to offer maximum space and are decorated with simplicity. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
