Villa Karibu

Villa Karibu is a magnificent north-facing villa set on a landscaped garden with a sun-splashed swimming pool. It offers ample accommodation for larger families of up to six people. The villa is situated in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nice family homes and lush gardens in the heart of Tokay, one of the most beautiful suburbs of Cape Town, located in the middle of the leafy Constantia Valley with its world-famous Wine Estates.

The villa features a spacious living room with a beautiful staircase leading to the second floor. Large double-glazed sliding doors provide an unobstructed view and unhindered access to the beautiful lush garden and the illuminated swimming pool, which is lovely at night. The main bedroom features a king-size bed (184cm width, one mattress), dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a long bath. The second bedroom has two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms.

The fully fitted kitchen with a granite top and a kitchen bar leads directly into the dining room. A large utility room allows guests to store personal belongings such as golf bags and suitcases. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a large freezer, as well as a guest toilet, are located next to this room, which leads to the garage. The studio upstairs contains the third bedroom (no separate bathroom), which can be booked for an additional one or two people for an extra charge, with sleeping arrangements on a sleeper couch.

The villa offers secure parking under a carport, as well as ample space for guest parking off the street. The gorgeous solar-heated swimming pool is the highlight of the wonderful garden, which includes an entertainment area with a barbeque facility, a large lawn, and beautiful flowerbeds. There is a second terrace available to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.

Nearby attractions include the Steenberg Golf Club, an 18-hole championship course. Other excellent golf courses, such as the West Lake Golf Club (10km), Royal Cape Golf Club (5km), and Clovelly Golf Club (15km), are also in close proximity.
