Villa Royale 203

Villa Royale 203 is a holiday apartment that faces the sea in a secure complex located in Sheffield Beach. It is part of the Villa Royale complex, which is a residential area with strict rules regarding noise. The apartment does not experience load shedding.

The unit can accommodate up to six guests and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The second bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

The main living area features an open-plan design, comprising a kitchen, dining area, and living space. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and a breakfast bar that can seat four people. It leads to a dining area that can accommodate six individuals and a sitting area with air-conditioning, comfortable seating, a TV with certain DStv channels, and free Wi-Fi access.

The glass doors in the lounge area open to a few steps and a large patio that offers patio furniture and a view of the ocean. The complex shares braai facilities and a communal pool. A steep path leads from the complex to the beach below.

Paperwork is required for boom gate access, which needs to be sent 48 hours before arrival.
