Villa Royale 402

Villa Royale 402 is a fourth-floor apartment located on Colwyn Drive in Sheffield Beach. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. One bathroom features a shower, and the other has a bathtub. Please note that towels are not provided, and guests are required to bring their own.

The apartment includes one undercover parking bay, and there is limited visitor parking available. It is important to note that the parking bays can only accommodate average-sized vehicles. The complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai area. However, guests are not permitted to use braais on the balcony of Villa Royale 402.

Wifi is available, and there is no loadshedding. The apartment does not have a smart TV, so guests are advised to bring their own laptop and HDMI cables to connect to the TV or bring their own decoder. The complex does not accept bookings for unaccompanied guests under the age of 25.

There is a steep walk down to the beach from the pool area in the complex, and an alternative path to the beach is available on the parking bay's south side. Villa Royale is situated on a cliff, offering wonderful sea views and direct beach access. The apartment accommodates up to six guests across its three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
