Villa Ticino Guest House was established in 1992. It is currently managed and run by a new team that personally welcomes and attends to travelers from around the globe. A passionate breakfast chef lovingly prepares the very popular set specialty breakfast, which changes daily. Additionally, a delicious breakfast buffet is offered, consisting of fresh fruits, fruit juices, cereals, yogurts, a variety of breads, cold meats, cheeses, jams, home bakes, as well as a choice of teas and the special Ticino blend of coffee.

The coffee has become a trademark of Villa Ticino and is highly praised by coffee connoisseur guests from all over the world. Breakfast is served on separate set tables from 07h30 to 09h00, either in the spacious breakfast room or al fresco in warmer weather, while enjoying the beautiful Mpumalanga Drakensberg mountain vistas and listening to chirping birds.

Guests can enjoy a couple of carefree days in the beautiful but mainly unknown region, surrounded by admirable nature consisting of soft rolling hills, green forests, tumbling waterfalls, and impressive nature reserves. They can discover the variety of interesting sightseeing attractions and activities in the area. In the morning (good for photos), they can start with the Lone Creek Waterfall, a National Monument, then drive via Graskop to view the Pinnacle, God's Window (walk across the wooden walkway via the Rain Forest to Wonder View), Lisbon & Berlin Waterfall, Bourke's Luck Potholes, Blyde River Canyon with Lowveld View Site and the Three Rondavels, and drive via the scenic gravel road to Pilgrim's Rest and back to Sabie.

The Executive Twin Room features two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a Terrace, a Color TV, Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning, and all the amenities to make the stay memorable.
