Villa Tovani

Villa Tovani is located at a high elevation in Camps Bay, offering panoramic views of the ocean and the mountains in the background. The property comprises a main house with three bedrooms, a two-bedroom apartment, and a one-bedroom apartment. The main house features a large private swimming pool, while the two apartments share a smaller pool. All the properties are modern and contemporary, characterized by travertine tiling throughout.

Camps Bay is a trendy village situated just 10 minutes away from the center of Cape Town, one of the world's most beautiful cities. Located against the impressive backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, Camps Bay beach is one of Cape Town's largest and most picturesque beaches.

The main house features an open-plan living/dining room with sliding doors leading to the patio, which overlooks the pool and is equipped with tables, chairs, and a Weber barbecue. The living room features a fireplace and underfloor heating, while the TV offers full satellite reception. The modern, full-size kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and a double-door refrigerator.

The sleeping facilities consist of two queen-size bedrooms, a large twin bedroom with two separate bathrooms (one with a shower and toilet, and one en-suite with a bathtub), as well as a separate toilet. All bedding, beach towels, and bath towels are provided. The units are serviced twice weekly, and laundry facilities are available. Off-street parking is available on the premises.
