Villa Via Midrand features well-appointed rooms with en-suite bathrooms, satellite TVs, air-conditioning, working desks, and tea and coffee stations. The guest rooms are housed in two triple-story buildings surrounded by lush and tranquil gardens. Guests can enjoy a deluxe Continental or full breakfast in the spacious dining area while catching up on the latest news around the world on the surround sound plasma screen. Guests may request lunch and dinner from the in-house menu or buffet.

The well-trained housekeeping and laundry staff ensure that all rooms are kept in a spotless condition and all amenities are replaced daily. The reception is manned 24 hours a day, and the front desk staff is able to assist guests at all times. Guests requiring business center functions such as faxing, copying, and printing are welcome to request such services from the front office staff. Guests may also enjoy wireless internet connection in the comfort of the gardens and pool area.

An in-house shuttle service is available for airport transfers, local attractions, to and from offices in the area, or shopping centers in Sandton, Johannesburg, and Pretoria. Secure parking is available, and the entrance to the property is controlled by a motorized gate that is manned by security personnel under the watchful eye of a closed-circuit TV.

All Deluxe Rooms have en-suite bathrooms with selected DStv channels, tea and coffee facilities, air-conditioners, and two double beds or one king-size bed. Two of the rooms have an interleading door to cater to families.
