Villa Vista

Villa Vista is a house located in the upmarket Camps Bay area of Cape Town. The air-conditioned house has three floors. The front door leads to a lounge that opens up onto a balcony with views of the sea. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open-plan and offer views of the ocean, The Twelve Apostles, and Lion's Head. A spacious balcony adjacent to these areas overlooks the swimming pool.

The house has five en-suite bathrooms. The outside deck has a braai area and has the mountain as its backdrop. Guests are within walking distance of the beach, where there are various renowned bars, restaurants, and cocktail lounges.

There are five bedrooms in the house, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Four of the bedrooms are located downstairs and have access to the garden, while the upstairs bedroom has a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the lounge area has a television. The outside area features a swimming pool.
