Village D'Afrique

Village D'Afrique is a luxurious tent accommodation located on the Shakila Game Farm between Modimolle and Bela-Bela. The privately owned units are designed for an intimate getaway. The lodge's design and layout complement the natural environment and the lovely views, without disturbing the rich fauna and flora.

The accommodation consists of four luxury tents, each specifically chosen to ensure a true bushveld experience. All the necessary self-catering facilities are available in the common lapa, including fridges, ice machines, and a TV with full DStv. The lodge features an edge pool, kiaat decks, sun loungers, and a fire pit/braai area. It offers a delightful entertainment area with beautiful views where guests can enjoy a sundowner.

Village D'Afrique is situated in the malaria-free Waterberg region, a one-hour and 45-minute drive from Johannesburg. The area offers various activities and attractions to explore. The lodge provides an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend quality time with friends and family, allowing guests to recharge and relax.

Village D'Afrique has four luxury en-suite tents. All units are individually and tastefully decorated to impress even the most discerning travelers. Each unit features outdoor showers, indoor baths, and complete bathrooms. Furthermore, each unit is equipped with a King-size bed and a pull-out sleeper couch. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee with rusks on the patio, which includes two chairs with arm tables.
