The property features two accommodation options: Bella Villa and Villa Piccolo. Bella Villa, the larger option at 300 square meters, accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Villa Piccolo, at 80 square meters, is ideal for up to four guests, featuring one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and additional single beds for children. Both villas are equipped with modern amenities, including a solar/battery backup system, and offer fully furnished living spaces with covered braai (barbecue) areas.

The beachfront location allows guests to step directly from their accommodation onto white sandy beaches. The area offers various activities, including kayaking among penguins and dolphins, whale watching from private terraces, and exploring the nearby rustic towns of St. Helena Bay and Paternoster.
