Vincentia Odd Cottage is a self-catering unit located in the suburb of Vincent in East London. It is separate from the main residence on the property. The cottage features an open plan layout with no interleading doors and can accommodate a family of up to four guests.

The unit consists of a kitchen equipped with basic amenities such as a microwave, a two-plate gas hob (no oven), and a refrigerator. The lounge area is furnished with a TV with DStv channels. Guests have access to an enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs, as well as secure on-site parking for one car in the driveway. A pathway through the front garden leads to the cottage.

Please note that there are friendly dogs on the premises, and they may bark when guests arrive or leave. The bedroom window overlooks a splash pool and sundeck where the dogs sleep and play. Additionally, the neighborhood has dogs that may bark at various times of the day or night, which cannot be controlled.

Late night parties or playing loud music are not permitted out of consideration for other guests and family members. Guests must indicate the correct number of guests for quoting or payment purposes, as additional guests will not be allowed into the cottage. The electricity supply cannot always be guaranteed 24/7 due to Eskom load shedding at various times of the day.

The cottage features a Queen-size main bed and a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top. The cottage is not serviced daily, but a quick floor clean is performed on the fourth day. The cleaning fee quoted is for cleaning the cottage upon departure. If daily cleaning is required, additional charges can be provided upon request. Clean towels will be supplied every 5 days, and bedding will be changed on either the 7th or 8th day.
