Vista 70 Clarens

Vista 70 at Clarens is a modern villa located within the Clarens Golf and Leisure Estate. It is a comfortable self-catering holiday home designed to accommodate up to four people. The villa features two bedrooms, both equipped with wall-to-wall carpeting and en-suite bathrooms with separate bath and shower facilities.

The first bedroom is a queen-sized double room with a television and ample built-in cupboard space, making it suitable for longer stays. This room offers views of the golf estate and overlooks the valley into Clarens. The second bedroom has twin beds and provides views of Mt. Horeb to the north. Both bedrooms are furnished with dressing tables, and all linen and towels are provided. Additionally, all beds are fitted with electric blankets for added comfort.

Upon entering through the front door, guests are welcomed into a spacious lounge area with luxurious furnishings and a built-in gas-heated fireplace. A flat-screen TV with DStv is available for entertainment purposes. The living space also comprises a dining area with a table and chairs.

The villa features a modern, well-equipped self-catering kitchen with granite countertops. It is fitted with a hob, under-counter oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, and other appliances. Complimentary tea, coffee, rooibos, sugar, and creamer are provided for guests' convenience.

Both the dining room and lounge area have patio sliding doors leading out to a raised patio furnished with patio furniture, a table, and chairs for al fresco dining and relaxation. The patio offers views through shaded blue gums towards the town of Clarens and overlooks the golf estate. A built-in gas braai is available on the patio for outdoor entertainment.

The house is situated below the road level, with parking for two vehicles on a paved, uncovered parking area and a grass verge leading to the front door via a set of stairs.

The par 72 golf course, designed and constructed by Golf Data, winds along and across the tranquil river and its splendid series of dams. The new Club House is well-appointed and offers wonderful mountain views.
