Voorbegin Bosveldverblyf is a farm located approximately an hour's drive from Pretoria and 25 km from Bela-Bela on the Thabazimbi road in the Bushveld region. It is not part of the Mabalingwe Game Reserve, which is situated about 6 km away. The farm offers accommodation in the form of a fully self-catering chalet and a self-catering flat.

The chalet can accommodate up to four people and is equipped with air conditioning, offering a nice view over the farm. The yard surrounding the chalet is enclosed and pet-friendly.

The flat is an air-conditioned self-catering unit located directly behind the main house, with a private entrance and pet-friendly yard. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds, sharing a bathroom with a bath and shower. The flat features a fully-equipped kitchen with a bar fridge, a larger fridge, a microwave oven, a two-plate stove with oven, toaster, kettle, and cutlery. Outside, there is a braai area on a large stoep, which also serves as a living area.

The farm offers a swimming pool and a farm dam where guests can swim, as well as secure parking on the premises. Bed linen and towels are provided. Although there is a 3 km dirt road leading from the R516, it is in good condition and accessible by any vehicle, without the need for a 4X4.

To promote a peaceful and serene Bushveld experience, the chalet and apartment do not have TVs or WiFi installed. The farm has implemented enhanced cleaning measures to comply with COVID-19 protocols. While the farm is small, there are opportunities for walking and observing the local wildlife. Organized safaris are available within 5 km of Voorbegin.

Children are welcome and allowed to interact with the farm animals and collect their own eggs for breakfast under supervision. The farm is pet-friendly.
