Vulture Creek

Vulture Creek Lodge is situated in Skeerpoort, a one-hour drive from Johannesburg's OR Tambo International Airport. The property consists of three two-bedroom self-catering cottages and five two-sleeper en-suite self-catering cottages. Its location west of Hartbeespoort Dam provides easy access to various tourist attractions, including Chameleon Village, known for African crafts, and the Hartbeespoort cableway.

Set on a small-holding, the lodge features river frontage and is surrounded by indigenous trees, offering guests tranquil beauty and abundant birdlife. The property provides stunning views of the Magaliesberg mountain range and African sunsets, creating an ideal setting for a peaceful bushveld experience.

The accommodation options include various chalets, ranging from two-sleeper units to larger family cottages. The Karoo series (1-6) offers different configurations, with the largest unit accommodating up to six guests. All units feature private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and dedicated outdoor spaces with braai facilities. The Honeymoon and Warren Chalets are positioned near the river and provide access to an Aeroplane Lapa and splash pool.

Each unit is designed to provide a rustic yet clean and comfortable stay, with amenities including private patios, well-equipped kitchens, and lounge areas. The establishment maintains a no-smoking policy throughout all units, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests.
