The property located at 57 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi Beach, known as Vuyatela, is a plantation-style beach home situated on the lagoon with direct beach access. It offers sea and lagoon views from both the top and bottom floors, which feature shaded verandas with furniture. At the front of the property, there is a private jetty for launching boats onto the lagoon when water levels permit.

The house is equipped with a pool (without a net), an active DSTV card and decoder with a dual-view option, a Weber and stainless steel braai, Wi-Fi, an inverter, and serviced facilities. The property is secured by fencing, an electric gate, beams, and two lock-up garages, with the alarm serviced by an armed response team. All bedrooms and the flat have air conditioning, and all bedrooms open onto the top veranda. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

The bottom floor consists of an open-plan lounge, TV lounge, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. The kitchen includes a microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, chest freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. The top floor features four bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, double basin, and toilet; one with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin; one with a double bed; and one with two single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The flat has two single beds and two bunk beds, along with an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.

The property sleeps a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children under the age of 14. It caters to family holidays and does not allow groups of adults or any functions. Additional charges include a daily staff levy and a refundable breakage deposit. During peak season (December and January), minimum stay requirements apply, ranging from 5 to 14 nights, depending on whether the booking includes Christmas or New Year.
