Walkerbouts Inn – Rhodes

Walkerbouts Inn u2013 Rhodes is a Three Star fully licensed, pet friendly establishment with six en-suite bedrooms situated in the historic village of Rhodes in the Barkly East district of the Eastern Cape Highlands. The inn prides itself on serving home-cooked meals, referred to as "kook-kos", using locally produced meat, vegetables, and herbs as much as possible.

The Highlands area offers an outdoor paradise, providing access to more than 200 kilometers of fly-fishing within an hour's drive from the village. Additionally, guided rock art tours, 4x4 routes, Alpine flowers in summer, snow and skiing in winter, horse-riding, mountain biking, and much more are available in the vicinity.

The Walkerbouts Inn features a Sunroom Wedding Venue that can accommodate 60 to 80 guests, and 3 to 5 Course Menu's are available. The venue is within walking distance of the church, making it convenient for wedding ceremonies. It also offers romantic 3 to 5-course intimate dinners, a Honeymoon Basket, and a separate Honeymoon Rondawel with intimate fireplaces and views.
