Watercolours Studios is a luxury self-catering accommodation located in a large indigenous garden on the road to Cape Point. It is situated directly opposite the Indian Ocean and at the foot of the Simonsberg mountain range. The Studios offer breathtaking views across the waters of False Bay and towards the Hottentots Holland mountains.
All rooms at Watercolours Studios are equipped with satellite TV, fridges, and tea and coffee making facilities. The Studios are set in a sixty-year-old garden with raised walkways, decks, and a swimming pool, enabling guests to make the most of the remarkable surroundings.
Watercolours Studios is situated on the road to the Cape Point Nature Reserve and within walking distance of Seaforth, Boulders, and Fisherman's beaches. It offers convenient access to various outdoor activities such as hiking, golfing, cycling, swimming, kayaking, sailing, fishing, deep sea diving, and snorkelling. Boat trips to Cape Point and Seal Island can be embarked upon from Simon's Town harbour, and for the adventurous, there is an opportunity to cage dive with great white sharks.
Simon's Town, with its Victorian-era architecture, Naval dockyard, and waterfront Marina, is a 5-minute drive away from Watercolours Studios. The town features a number of interesting shops, restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and art galleries.
The accommodation is located close to the beach and on the upper level of the building. It features a generous open plan living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining area, and a large private rooftop terrace with panoramic ocean views. Additionally, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
