Waterford

Waterford is a residential establishment situated amidst the renowned vineyards of Constantia, offering an upscale country living experience. It is conveniently located in close proximity to various amenities and tourist attractions in Cape Town. Waterford provides three distinct accommodation options: the Guinea Fowl and Paddaplek Apartments, which are fully equipped for self-catering, and Sunbird, a bedroom suite with the option of a cooked or Continental breakfast.

The establishment can comfortably accommodate eight guests, with an additional sleeper couch option for one extra person. Each apartment has its own separate entrance, patio, and secure parking area, equipped with amenities such as full DStv, a DVD player, ADSL Internet access, a solar-heated swimming pool with a covered barbecue area, a safe, hairdryer, fan, and a wall heater. The rooms are serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. Bed linen, bath, and pool towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Additional facilities include a laundry service and babysitting options. Airport collection, car rental, taxi service, and guided tours can be arranged upon request. An initial grocery stock-up service is also offered, with guests paying for the items as per the till slip.

Waterford is situated on the lower slopes of Table Mountain and surrounded by wine farms. It is a short drive away from blue flag beaches, five professional golf courses, shopping malls, and medical centers. Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and Cape Town International Airport are approximately a 20-minute drive away. The Guinea Fowl apartment is a poolside and garden apartment with a separate entrance and parking, offering spectacular mountain views. It is a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has the option of a king-size or twin beds.
