Watersmeet Cottage

Watersmeet Cottage is located on the Walkersons Private Trout Fishing Estate in Dullstroom, a high-security estate spanning 870 hectares of land where various game animals roam freely. The cottage comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main bedroom being en-suite. It features an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, DStv, and a dining room. The patio is furnished with garden furniture and braai facilities, while the open fireplace in the lounge area is supplied with wood.

Dullstroom offers numerous attractions and activities in the vicinity, including the Dullstroom Nature Reserve, the Steenkampsberg Nature Reserve, fly fishing, hiking, and golf at the Highland Golf Estate. The Walkersons Private Trout Fishing Estate provides horse riding facilities and a health spa, and the on-site hotel features two restaurants, a Bird of Prey center, and a whiskey bar. Additionally, the hotel offers a spa service. Visitors may encounter various animals on the estate, such as zebras, servals, springboks, mountain reedbucks, wildebeests, sables, oribis, and jackals. The Kruger National Park is approximately 2 hours away, making it an ideal destination for a day trip.

The Highland Gate Estate golf course is situated 20 minutes away. The cottage is family-friendly, with one unit accommodating four guests with two bathrooms, and the other accommodating two guests. This setup is suitable for a young family in one cottage and grandparents in the other, with a short walking distance between the two cottages across the garden.
