Waterval Chalets

Waterval Chalets is a rustic holiday accommodation located on a working farm, situated on the banks of the Vals River, approximately 40 kilometers from Kroonstad. The establishment offers three self-catering chalets, some of which feature en-suite bathrooms, while others provide separate bathroom rondavels and a kitchen area. Guests can relax in the large lapa with a bar area or outside by the Boma. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request, as the chalets are fully equipped for guests to prepare their own meals.

The farm offers various activities, including fishing, bird-watching opportunities, and beautiful sunsets for sundowners. It exudes a sense of old-world charm and operates without electricity. The chalets are comfortably furnished with double and single beds, sharing two ablution facilities. The rate of R400 is for up to four to five people, depending on the chalet, not specifically for two adults.
