Waterways is a self-catering accommodation establishment located in Marina Da Gama, Cape Town. It offers stunning views of the lake and mountains from the patio, situated right on the water's edge. The establishment has been operating for 24 years and is approved by Cape Town Tourism.

Waterways offers accommodation in three self-catering flatlets: the Main Waterside Flatlet, Off-water Flatlet, and Budget Flatlet. Each flatlet has its own private entrance, en-suite bathroom, and TV. The Main Waterside Flatlet and Off-water Flatlet are equipped with full DSTV, while the Budget Flatlet has an OVHD Decoder with Open View.

The Main Waterside Flatlet and Off-water Flatlet have fully equipped kitchen areas, whereas the Budget Flatlet has a partial kitchen facility. The Main Waterside Flatlet and Off-water Flatlet can be joined by an interleading passage for larger groups or families. The Main Waterside Flatlet has three steps up to the bedroom section, one into the en-suite bathroom, and three steps down to the waterside patio. This unit is not wheelchair or disability friendly.

The Main Waterside Flatlet features its own patio with outdoor furniture, braai facilities, and a wonderful view. The Budget Flatlet has a large covered waterside patio with outdoor furniture, braai facilities, a large fridge, and a table-top oven with two plates. The Off-water Flatlet does not have a view of the water or access to the waterside, but there is water access all over the Marina, and an island just down the road with wonderful views.

All flatlets are provided with linen, towels, crockery, and cutlery. Waterways offers off-street parking, and the area has a general security system. Guests staying in waterside units can enjoy a relaxing holiday and use a pedalo, rowing boat, canoe, and paddle-ski to explore three hours of waterways. For those who enjoy walking, the Marina Da Gama is ideal for an evening stroll, with its own island and bird hide for keen bird-watchers.
