Welgelegen Manor is a historic estate located in Balfour, Mpumalanga, South Africa, approximately one hour's drive from Johannesburg. The property, designed by renowned South African architect Sir Herbert Baker in 1913, has been magnificently restored to its former glory.

The Manor is situated in a region known as Cosmos Country, named for its spectacular display of pink and white cosmos flowers during autumn. Balfour, originally called McHattiesburg after its founder Frederick McHattie, is a small coal mining and maize farming town located southeast of Suikerbosrand Nature Reserve.

The establishment features eight luxury suites that maintain the classic English residential style. Four suites are located in the manor house, overlooking the pool and side rose garden, while four are situated in the carriage houses. The carriage house accommodations include two twin suites on the upper level and two garden suites with access to an inner rose courtyard.
