Weltevrede Lodge is a self-catering retreat located in Marloth Park, a holiday town situated in a wildlife conservancy on the southern border of the Kruger National Park. It serves as a popular stopover for tourists visiting the Kruger National Park, Swaziland, and Mozambique, offering opportunities to spot four of the renowned Big Five animal species.

The lodge provides accommodation in two large self-catering houses, each with a distinct theme. These houses are situated approximately 400 meters from the river and the border with the Kruger National Park. The first house, Big 5, can accommodate between 10 and 12 guests, featuring two family bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom, and two bathrooms downstairs. One bathroom is equipped with a shower, while the other has a bathtub. Additionally, there is a toilet upstairs. This house features a well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area.

The second house, Four Seasons, can accommodate between 8 and 10 guests and consists of four en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen, and an open-plan living area. Both units offer amenities such as a TV with prepaid DStv upon request, prepaid air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, a splash pool, and a braai area. The lodge is child-friendly, and cots can be provided upon request. There is also a small play area with a swing.

Activities in the area include game drives, game viewing, birdwatching, 4x4 trails, and hiking.
