Wessels House is an award-winning architect-designed property located in Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa. Designed by Jenny Mills, the main house features four double bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably. The property includes a self-contained studio flat that can be combined with the main house to accommodate up to ten guests, offering a total of five en-suite bedrooms.

The property boasts a large back garden with a 10-meter salt water pool and comfortable sitting area. The house is fully equipped with modern amenities including load-shedding proof facilities, WiFi, Netflix, full security with armed response, laundry facilities, and an entertainer's kitchen. Both charcoal and gas barbecues are available for guests' use.

Situated in a prime location, Wessels House is within walking distance of numerous attractions including The Strangers Club, Giovanni's, Woolworths Food, De Waterkant Cape Quarter, the V&A Waterfront, and the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC). The property is well-served by three My-Citi bus routes, providing easy access to the city, airport, and Atlantic Seaboard beaches. Uber services are readily available, typically arriving within three minutes.

The studio apartment, which can be rented separately, is ideal for singles, couples, or business visitors. It features a private outdoor area, two single beds, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, and a seating area with Netflix and internet access. Throughout their stay, guests have access to the host, Chris, who is available to answer questions about both the property and Cape Town. Weekly cleaning services are provided, with additional cleaning and laundry services available by arrangement.
