Westend

Westend House is a nature lover's holiday home situated in the relaxed beach village of Kleinemonde/Seafield, which is located 15 kilometers from Port Alfred. It overlooks the estuary and is situated 1.4 kilometers from the Blue Flag Beach. The property is suitable for family gatherings, group entertainment, and beach holidays.

The holiday village of Kleinemonde lies 15 kilometers from Port Alfred, midway between East London and Port Elizabeth. Kleinemonde features a Blue Flag beach, two safe swimming lagoons, a small supermarket, cafe, bottle store, a restaurant and pub, tennis court, and a community hall. Activities available in the area include canoeing, golfing, boating, fishing, bird watching, swimming, surfing, dune boarding, hiking, and horse-riding.

The property is serviced once a week, or more upon request, and is fully fenced with an excellent security system. It is not suitable for small children due to the high decks and open staircases, but it is pet-friendly. Full Dual View DStv, Netflix, Showmax, and unlimited wifi are included. The establishment is accredited as a Birder Friendly establishment by Birdlife SA, offering excellent canopy birding and waterbirds that can be observed from the decks and all bedrooms. Bird tours with a local expert guide, Anne Williams, can be arranged upon request.

The Fish River Sun and Royal Port Alfred Golf Courses are within 15 minutes of the house. The property is located less than 1.5 kilometers walking distance from the beach. It features a separate entrance apartment with two large twin bedrooms (sleeps 4) with en-suite bathrooms, its own lounge with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large private deck overlooking the river with a webber braai.
