Wheatfields Guest House

Wheatfields Guest House is a Victorian house that has been beautifully restored and stylishly decorated. It is located in Moorreesburg, which is situated 100 km north of Cape Town and in the midst of a wheat-growing area. The house dates back to the turn of the century and is surrounded by a huge verandah that overlooks a leafy English garden. During the winter months, the lounge area with its fireplace provides a relaxing space for guests to unwind and enjoy a sherry.

This peaceful haven, decorated with antique pieces from various locations, offers an ideal stopover for travelers on the N7 route to Namibia. Being centrally located in the Swartland region, the West Coast beaches and towns are within a 40-minute drive from the guest house. The accommodation options include double or twin rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are furnished with antique pieces and equipped with bedside lights, wardrobes or dressing tables, fans, and heaters.
