White House

The White House Guest House is located in the center of the cool and leafy village of Hillcrest. It is a gracious home offering genuine hospitality, home comforts, and friendly service. The guest house is set on a two-acre park-like country garden with many old exotic plants and trees.

All rooms are en-suite and individually furnished in an old-world style. Each room is tastefully decorated and equipped with TVs and selected DStv channels. The wholesome country cooking is presented tastefully and will please the most discerning guests. Dinner can be prepared upon request. The guest house is centrally situated with easy access to main roads and in close proximity to shopping centers and many excellent restaurants.

Durban is a mere 20-minute drive away, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area. The Shongweni Farmer's Market takes place every Saturday morning, providing an opportunity to purchase organic and fresh produce, contributing further to the feeling of country living. The area offers a plethora of farm stalls, nurseries, country pubs, and artists' havens, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the charm of country living without having to venture to malls for shopping.

The accommodation featured includes a double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the lounge area, an en-suite bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen. It is a semi-self-catering accommodation option.
