Willand Cottage is located in the Langezandt Fishermen's Village, which is considered one of the most desirable estates in the Overberg Coastal Region. The property consists of a main cottage and a separate guest cottage. The main cottage accommodates six guests, featuring two bedrooms and one loft room. The guest cottage, on the other hand, accommodates two guests.

The main cottage features an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a fireplace, and a dining area. Additionally, guests can enjoy the outdoor entertainment area, which includes a braai space, outdoor dining facilities, and an enclosed courtyard. Secure parking is available on the premises.

As for the accommodation, the main cottage has two bedrooms and a loft room. One bedroom features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, another room has a single bed with an en-suite bathroom, and the loft room contains a queen-size bed as well as a single bed with a bathroom and toilet. The separate guest cottage comprises a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
