Willow Banks Lodge features 12 upmarket en-suite bedrooms, with 8 rooms overlooking manicured lush gardens and 4 rooms overlooking the tranquil banks of the Vaal River. The lodge features a spa that offers various treatments, including back, neck, and shoulder massages, full body massages, foot soaks, scrubs, and massages, as well as hand soaks, scrubs, and massages. The spa products are marketed as being created using locally grown herbs and plants.

Guests can enjoy the perfectly maintained swimming pool overlooking the river. For weddings, functions, or conferences, the newly built Willow Towers Venue can accommodate 80-100 people. Garden weddings are available, and marquee tents can be requested. On-site catering is offered with lovely menu options.

The rooms at Willow Banks Lodge are suitable for families, with en-suite bathrooms. Eight of the 12 rooms have a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, while the remaining four rooms have large showers only.
