Willowdene Guest Farm

Willowdene Guest Farm is a self-catering working cattle and grain farm situated in the Eastern Free State, located in the ambience of the Witteberg mountain range. It offers stunning views over the Red Mountains, Witteberg mountains, and the Maluti mountains. The farm provides self-catering accommodation in two separate units. Guests are required to drive a gravel road of 22-24 kilometers, depending on the route, as the farm is situated 35 kilometers from Fouriesburg.

The farm is pet-friendly, but prior arrangements must be made before booking. It is important to note that Willowdene Guest Farm is an active working farm with cattle and sheep. The farm serves as a gateway to historical sites related to the Anglo-Boer War, as well as nearby attractions such as Fouriesburg in the Brandwater basin, Clarens, Golden Gate National Park, and Lesotho.

The property offers ample space for children to run and play, with a large lawn and no close neighbors that could be disturbed. The cottage features a double en-suite room and an additional single bed in the open-plan living room and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, two-plate stove with oven, fridge, kettle, and electric frying pan. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. Additionally, there is a nice veranda on the premises.
