Wilwou@Sea is a self-catering apartment located adjacent to the main house. It has its own entrance and provides direct access to the beach, which is only 30 meters away, within a secure complex. The apartment is situated on the upper level and is adjacent to the main house, with its own outside entrance leading to stairs that access that level.

Upon entering, there is an open plan indoor braai (BBQ) area, a dining/living area, and a kitchenette. From the kitchenette, there are two separate bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed each, Smart TV, lounge chair(s), coffee table/dressing table, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bedding, towels, and bathroom amenities.

The nearby beach offers a relatively small, protected area for swimming, kayaking, and other water activities. It is a quiet and peaceful environment, frequented by friendly local fishermen, dog walkers, sunbathers, and people of all ages who enjoy strolling along the beach during sunrise and sunset.

Wilwou@Sea is conveniently located, with Cape Town International Airport being a 35-minute drive away (42km), and the V&A Waterfront located 56km away. Additionally, Stellenbosch is only 27km from the property.
