Windbreak is a cottage situated on a hill in the beautiful Pringle Bay, overlooking the entire bay. It is a three-bedroom house with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The main living area, which incorporates the kitchen and lounge, is open-plan with a large farmhouse table where meals can be shared. This area offers spectacular ocean and bay views, looking across to the Cape Peninsular with Cape Point at the tip.

The cottage features free unlimited wifi and DSTV on request. There is a large wooden deck with tables and chairs, perfect for sundowners, and the house is surrounded by fynbos that attracts small animals, birds, and insects, providing entertainment to watch. The braai/barbeque area is situated on the right side of the house and offers stunning sunset views. Parking is available on the premises, and the house is fully alarmed.

Windbreak is located just over an hour's drive from Cape Town, making it an ideal location for a beach getaway. Couples can enjoy drinks on the wooden deck while taking in the spectacular views and sunsets or stroll along the beach situated just below the house. Hermanus and The Hemel and Aarde wine valley are also a short drive away. The world-class Arabella Golf course is a 25-minute drive from the property.

The property is suitable for families, with the beach being a mere 5-minute walk away, offering opportunities for walking, swimming, and surfing, among other activities. Windbreak has three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and built-in cupboards, offering spectacular bay views where one can watch whales or dolphins while enjoying a morning cup of coffee in bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and built-in cupboards, and Bedroom 3 also has twin beds and a cupboard. All bedrooms have beautiful sea views.
