Woelwaters Holiday Resort

Woelwaters Holiday Resort provides self-catering accommodation on the banks of the Vaal River. The resort offers thatched roof units that can accommodate 4, 6, or 8 people, as well as camping facilities. Each unit is fully equipped for self-catering purposes, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and braai facilities. The resort provides basic linen, but guests are required to bring their own extra blankets, bath towels, dish towels, and dish washing liquid.

The resort offers various amenities for guests to enjoy, including fishing opportunities, an indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool with two slides, a play area for children, and an obstacle course. Parys, located approximately 28 km away, offers supermarkets and restaurants for guests to explore.

The self-catering units consist of one room with a double bed, and the living area features a single bed and two sleeper couches. The units have an open-plan lounge and kitchen area with DSTV. The bathroom includes a glass shower, basin, and toilet. All chalets are fully equipped with bedding, cutlery, crockery, cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, a fridge, microwave, toaster, and electrical appliances. The units are equipped with a gas stove and geyser, and the braai stand is located in front of the unit.

Guests are expected to bring their own towels, extra toilet paper, cleaning and bathing materials, and food supplies, as the resort does not provide these items. All units are self-catering.
