Woodstay Lodge

WoodStay Lodge is a fully self-catering establishment located on a small equestrian estate just outside Newcastle, KwaZulu Natal. The lodge comprises of 4 units (apartments), each of which features well-equipped kitchens, lounges with DStv, and air-conditioning among other amenities. Guests can also make use of the braai facilities.

Newcastle is the ideal midway stop between Durban and Johannesburg. The establishment welcomes overnight travellers or professionals on business in Newcastle. Newcastle Mall and Black Rock Casino, offering popular restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment, are located 1 km from WoodStay Lodge.

WoodStay is situated on a smallholding with a farm atmosphere. It has plenty of bird-life and tranquil and relaxed surroundings in a huge garden. Children are welcome at WoodStay Lodge, but it should be noted that the establishment has dogs who have access to the guests and horses in a stable yard. Small children must be under adult supervision at all times.

KitKat is a spacious family unit at WoodStay Lodge. It has two bedrooms: the main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower. The unit also features a separate lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a four-plate stove. A large veranda caters for outdoor dining. DStv and air-conditioning in each bedroom add to the comfort. Undercover parking is provided.
