X-Ventures Family Break Away

X-Ventures Family Break Away is a facility located next to the N1 highway, neighboring the airport, and approximately 9 km from Beaufort West. It offers an ideal getaway for friends, family, or colleagues, making it suitable for team-building activities or simply a fun day outdoors. The facility provides camping and caravan sites, as well as self-catering accommodation.

There are only eight camping and caravan sites available, offering a serene experience on a beautiful farm setting with green lawn sites. All sites are equipped with electricity, and the ablutions feature clean facilities with plenty of hot running water. The self-catering family units can accommodate between four and seven guests, and are situated next to the camping site, surrounded by green lawns and karee trees.

X-Ventures Family Break Away offers a range of activities for both young and old. Green lawns, a play park with braai facilities, horse riding, and donkey cart rides can be arranged. The 'Bus Stop' is an open-air braai lapa, ideal for children's birthday parties or team-building events. Additionally, the facility features the only operating paintball field in the Great Karoo, featuring a spectator area that allows everyone to be part of the game, even while enjoying a braai or picnic. A play park with a safe cable slide and tree house is available for younger children near the paintball field. There is also a second, larger swimming pool with a water slide.

X-Ventures Family Break Away offers an open-air hall suitable for weddings, birthday parties, conferences, and other events. Braai packs and self-serve breakfast can be arranged. The facility provides green lawns, play parks, and braai facilities for guests to enjoy during their stay.
