The Yellow Aloe Guesthouse is an upmarket country-chic bed and breakfast that was established out of a love for the countryside and the town of Clanwilliam. Each guest room, quiet corner, and garden space has distinct characteristics that tell a story of relaxation, inspiration, rejuvenation, and love. The serene surroundings of the Cederberg Mountains and nearby West Coast towns offer visitors the opportunity to catch their breath and admire the beauty around them.

The magnificent Cederberg Mountain range offers a wide variety of activities for visitors to enjoy, including bouldering, hiking, wildflower viewing, nature trekking to ancient Khoi San rock art sites, mountain biking, trail running, and bird watching. The guesthouse also prides itself on being the only home of one of South Africa's most popular tea exports, Rooibos. The ever-changing silhouette of the Yellow Aloe Guesthouse is a mere extension of the beauty that lies in the valley it calls home.

The guesthouse offers budget guestrooms, with one in the Thatch House featuring a queen-size bed and one in the Longhouse with a queen bed and a single bed.
