"Zinkwazi Views", 28 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi

"Zinkwazi Views", located at 28 Nkwazi Drive, Zinkwazi, is a fully equipped and well-established family holiday home. The property offers beautiful sea and lagoon views, with a furnished deck perched on the edge of the property for even better vistas. The home features a large, mostly flat garden for children to play and a spacious veranda facing the pool. The flat terrain makes it ideal for those who have difficulty walking.

Amenities include a braai area with a charcoal braai and seating off the kitchen, uncapped Wi-Fi, streaming DSTV, a pool (no net), two full-time staff members, and an inverter that powers lights, TV, Wi-Fi, fridges, and fans. The property is fully fenced, with a gate secured by security beams and an alarm monitored by an armed response team.

Inside the house, there is a lounge, TV lounge, bar, dining room, dinner nook, kitchen, and scullery. The fully equipped kitchen has two fridge/freezers, a chest freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, and eye-level electric oven. The laundry area includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house sleeps 12 guests, with three bedrooms all en-suite and a dormitory with a side entrance that is also en-suite and suitable for teenagers only. The first bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite with bath, basin, toilet, and shower over bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin. Bedrooms 1 and 2 open onto a covered veranda with sea views and ceiling fans. The third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin. All linen, bath, and beach towels are provided. The dormitory has three bunk beds and its own bathroom with a double shower, toilet, and basin, and it is air-conditioned. There is also a separate guest toilet in the house.

Please note that the property does not allow groups of adults, catering only for "nucleus" family holidays, and no functions or pets are permitted. Additional charges include a staff levy for two staff members at R250 each per night and a refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500. During peak season (December to January), there is a minimum stay requirement, varying from 5 to 14 nights depending on the dates and whether Christmas and/or New Year's Eve are included in the booking.
