Zongororo Village Of Ministry

The Zongororo Village of Ministry is situated in the beautiful sub-tropical valley of Waterval Onder, bordering the Elands River and surrounded by mountains. It is an interdenominational and evangelical arm of the church, with a vision centered on sharing the love of Christ. The Farm strives to be a place of Spiritual Rest, Revival, and Restoration, where changes can take place, broken hearts can be healed, captives set free, and disciples made. With five pastors and an apostolic minister, the ministry can support individuals along their path to finding hope, peace, and love.

The Farm offers five well-appointed cabins to choose from and a range of facilities, including hiking trails of varying lengths (5.6km, 6.3km, and 7.6km), historical sites such as Stone Circles, an Old Tea House, and Koetspad, river fishing for Small Mouth Yellow Fish, a swimming pool, a farm stall, farm activities, a conference or function room with space for up to 60 people, and a chapel suitable for weddings and christenings.

The local area is rich in history, featuring the House that served as President Paul Kruger's last permanent residence in South Africa before fleeing to Europe, the Five Arch Bridge, the NZASM Tunnel, and breathtaking scenery like the Elands Falls. One of the cabins, Die Herberg, is a two-bedroom cabin with a sleeper couch in the living area, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda, and braai facilities. It has a queen-sized bed in one bedroom and two three-quarter beds in the other, with linen and towels provided.
