Zuidste Huisie is a self-catering fisherman's cottage within the Langezandt Fisherman's Village development in Struisbaai. It is accredited with the Department of Economic Development and Tourism. The cottage is built in the unique style of the original fisherman cottages of the area and has a thatched roof.

The unit accommodates six guests and is situated only 150 meters away from the beach, accessible via a boardwalk. It consists of three en-suite bedrooms: a main bedroom with a queen-size bed, a twin bedroom with single beds, and an outside cottage with a queen-size bed. The cottage is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a microwave, stove, oven, washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.

The kitchen flows into an open-plan dining and lounge area, which includes a DStv-enabled TV. The lounge and dining area open onto an entertainment area, consisting of a covered pergola with a built-in braai.

Zuidste Huisie is within walking distance of the Struisbaai Harbour along the beach and is only a three-minute drive away from the southernmost tip of Africa, Cape Agulhas. The area is known for its windswept and desolate coastline, exemplified by numerous shipwrecks dotted along the rugged coast. Cape Agulhas is officially the point where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet, and its waters are renowned as the best fishing grounds in Southern Africa.
