The Haven

The Haven is a self-catering accommodation located in the town of Ashton, situated in the heart of the Robertson Valley along Route 62. It caters to families, tourists, and business executives alike, offering convenient access to the Robertson Wine Valley and other local attractions.

The Haven consists of eight self-catering units that can accommodate a total of 26 people. Each unit features a private entrance and patio, and is fully equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TVs with limited DStv channels, hairdryers, cotton linen, and Wi-Fi Internet access. Unit 5 is wheelchair-friendly.

The property offers an enclosed swimming pool, a Lapa area, and braai facilities on the patios for guests' enjoyment. There is ample space for children to run, play, and cycle, providing a relaxing and tranquil environment.

The Haven hosts weddings where couples can exchange vows in the picturesque jacaranda grove, followed by a reception held in a marquee set up in the garden. All units can be rented to accommodate families attending the wedding. The wines of the Robertson Valley are available at cellar prices from The Original Wine Boutique located at the Total Service Station.

One of the units is a single-level, open-plan unit with its own entrance and covered patio, offering a braai area and a space for relaxation and sundowners. It features a queen-sized bed in the main room with a television and DStv access. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
